Here’s a cheat for Wii Sports Resort so that you can pop a wheelie and ring the bike’s bell:
You can pop a wheelie in Cycling by flicking up on both the Wii Remote & Nunchaku.
While Cycling you can move around the Analog to ring your bike’s bell.
